I had WORST experience EVER at Forever Shine Beauty. I have never been treated so badly or had such a horrific beauty experience. I work for a fashion and beauty magazine so am no stranger to beauty treatments. I had my face threaded here, and have been getting threading done elsewhere for the past 4 years. My procedure was done by Ronita, the owner. From the start I was slightly worried as the actual threading was extremely painful, more than I had experienced at other places. The following hours after threading, my entire face broke out in a rash then turned into red, infected, pimple-like sores. My doctor said that this can be a result of low hygiene and no sanitizing of the face before a procedure, which Ronita never did. I had to take 2 days off of work as my face was sore and I couldn't open my mouth properly. I went back to Forever Shine to get my money back as she had also done a bad job. I still had uneven patches of hair on my face. When asking for my money back, she yelled (to the point where people could hear outside) that it was my fault, I was wrong and I had no idea what I was talking about. This went on for 30 minutes before I left in tears. I went back again a few days later and she refused to give my money back again. Her reasoning was that "You will give me a bad review online anyway so there's no way I'm giving you money back. You wasted my time so why would I." Her words. Forever Shine honestly scared me and I would advise anyone that wants a guaranteed good job, to go elsewhere.

Made an appointment two months in advance. First received an email with the wrong date confirmed so fixed that. Called two weeks prior to confirm it was all still on, I left a message and never heard back, called again on the date and left another message.
Stood outside at the time of my appointment calling and hearing the phone ring inside, no answer.
Get a call at 12pm 3 hours after my appointment and the beautician said sorry shed been busy all morning but yes appointment was for that morning?!. No. You weren't busy, I showed up, I was outside your shop calling you. You were not in there and not busy. Very unimpressed with the Wellington site. Bad service and when the beautician called at 12 she then asked if I wanted an appointment during the week, NO that's why I had to book two months in advance in the first place.

I love visiting Ronita at ForeverShine. Ronita is an expert in microblading. She knows exactly what will suit a person and having microblading treatment with Ronita has made a big difference to the way I look- no more brow kits required ! I continue to go to Ronita for touch ups. I have also purchased the Clinic's Eyelash serum and that has helped my once sparse eyelashes to grow long and much thicker. Ronita is positive and always pleased to see her clients, she and her staff deliver consistently good results. Highly recommended
