Made an appointment two months in advance. First received an email with the wrong date confirmed so fixed that. Called two weeks prior to confirm it was all still on, I left a message and never heard back, called again on the date and left another message.
Stood outside at the time of my appointment calling and hearing the phone ring inside, no answer.
Get a call at 12pm 3 hours after my appointment and the beautician said sorry shed been busy all morning but yes appointment was for that morning?!. No. You weren't busy, I showed up, I was outside your shop calling you. You were not in there and not busy. Very unimpressed with the Wellington site. Bad service and when the beautician called at 12 she then asked if I wanted an appointment during the week, NO that's why I had to book two months in advance in the first place.

I'm soooo happy with my eyebrows! Previously, I had them done somewhere else and the lady made them way too thin and really dark. I hated it. Today I got my eyebrows done at Forever Shine as Ronita said she'd be able to fix them. She did such an amazing job! I'm so happy.
Waxing is also done really quickly. Too many salons try to make waxing a spa experience and drag it out, but waxing isn't that pleasant so the quicker the better.

She knows exactly what will suit a person and having microblading treatment with Ronita has made a big difference to the way I look- no more brow kits required ! I continue to go to Ronita for touch ups. I have also purchased the Clinic's Eyelash serum and that has helped my once sparse eyelashes to grow long and much thicker.
