About a week and a half ago when my skin was looking like it needed a bit of TLC, I contacted Ronita for a facial. I told her about how my skin was looking and feeling and she suggested to me to get the new Mela White Brightening Effect Treatment... and I am so happy I listened to her!! This particular treatment focuses on evening skin appearances, it stimulates the skins own protection effects, regenerates new cells and it has anti-oxidative properties. Even after a short amount of time, my skin has already been left glowing and feeling so soft. Not to mention, this is one of the only facial experiences I have had where my skin has not broken out shortly after the treatment. Alongside this, Ronita's professionalism and knowledge made me feel like I was in safe hands and I am already looking forward to my next treatment.

  Made an appointment two months in advance. First received an email with the wrong date confirmed so fixed that. Called two weeks prior to confirm it was all still on, I left a message and never heard back, called again on the date and left another message. Stood outside at the time of my appointment calling and hearing the phone ring inside, no answer. Get a call at 12pm 3 hours after my appointment and the beautician said sorry shed been busy all morning but yes appointment was for that morning?!. No. You weren't busy, I showed up, I was outside your shop calling you. You were not in there and not busy. Very unimpressed with the Wellington site. Bad service and when the beautician called at 12 she then asked if I wanted an appointment during the week, NO that's why I had to book two months in advance in the first place.

  My first Microblading Eyebrow Experience. I finally did it on 14th September, I was so nervous till I get to my appointment! Ronita and her staff always welcome me with their big smile, and friendly. Ronita assure me throughout process to make sure that I’m ok and always calm my nervous. After 1st session I honestly thought my eyebrow were very dark but she assured me that I will love it once it healed. And I love it! Even my partner and family love it too! During 6 weeks, I never thought my eyebrow hair grow so quickly to make my eyebrow natural! I came in again today 19th October for 2nd session touch up! I’m more in love with my eyebrows! Thank you Ronita for doing an amazing Job! Xxx

  I purchased a coupon on Groupon and was extremely worried after doing this for eyebrow microbladding. But reading the reviews I thought bugger it just do it. I met the owner and she put me at ease and gave me advice of does and don’ts before our first consultation. It does hurt a little even though you are numbing cream. I am extremely happy with my results and I went back for my final consultation and it looks even better.
